Hello Family and Friends of the WRF,

On behalf of the Windham Race Factory Leadership Team, our Head Coaches, and Staff, I would like to wish you and your family a very Happy Holidays!

As the Program Director for the WRF, it is my mission to create an atmosphere and culture that celebrates teamwork, grit, sportsmanship, mindfulness, and gratitude. As we all take a few days to celebrate and enjoy our families, I ask that you take a little time with your athletes to talk about the last two, mindfulness and gratitude, and what those mean to them.  To me, it means being present in the moment and appreciating that moment to the fullest (difficult things to do in this very fast-paced world in which we live).

Thank you to all for a great start so far to our season. I appreciate all of you very much, and all of the time, energy, and committment you bring to this community.

We officially start our full program training days on Sunday, December 26th. Please check your TeamSnap messages from your head coach for any updates or details for that day.

I look forward to seeing all of you on the hill on Sunday! Until then, have a very Happy Holiday!

Sean Warman

Program Director
