I am happy to report that most of our wonderful staff will be returning for this year! And we have some exceptional people stepping into new roles and a few new faces joining the Team.

Reggie Wilcox has taken a year-round position as Property Manager at Whisper Creek. Reggie was vital in our success last season and will be greatly missed. He is still an active employee with WRF and we hope that he can join us occasionally throughout the season. We are extremely excited that Maris Jurvics will command of the U10 Development Team and Jason Barcoff will take lead of the U10 Race Team. Brook Cleveland is joining the WRF as Head All Mountain Team Coach. Brook is a Level 300 USSS certified mogul and Freestyle Coach with extensive background in teaching and coaching. Brook will also be stepping into assist with any midweek training and events thought the season. Nancy Bodner has accepted the role of  Alpine Team Manager. Nancy will provide on snow support to the coaches of the U8 and U10 teams primarily, but will be assisting many aspects of the team operations. You can read more about Jason, Maris, Brook and Nancy as well as the rest of the leadership team on our  Leadership Staff Page.
Unfortunately, Phil Davenport also announced that he will be stepping down. We all owe a great deal of thanks to Phil! He was instrumental in helping bring the Windham Race Factory to what it is today. His passion and commitment to developing a standout program enabled the WRF to become the premier race program in the Catskills. His knowledge and experience will be missed.

Bill Gucker will be stepping into take the lead with timing and Race Organization. Bill has been involved in race and events organization for 30 years and most recently comes to us from Hunter. Sinead Lavery will be teaming up with Bill as Race Administrator and Event Leadership.

Thank You

Sean
