Our beloved WRF Comp Center suffered some damage during the off-season, thanks to the unprecedented rain and other weather events this summer. We believe that a functioning Comp Center is really important to our program, coaches, and athletes. So, we are working very hard to try and repair the damage and construct some new elements within the building.
The project is a big one, so we are asking for your help!
If there are any volunteers who are available over the next few weekends or holiday week to help with the project, we would really appreciate it. Construction skills would be helpful, but no special skills are needed! Just a strong back, a willingness to pitch in, and a good sense of humor. 🙂
If you want to see what you are in for, check out some of the photos attached.
And may I suggest that this could be a great excuse to remove yourself from the Thanksgiving family gatherings that are back on this year. If you are looking for an escape, the Comp Center project is perfect for you!
Please reach out directly to Sean if you are interested and able to help (email@example.com). Any amount of time would be much appreciated.
Thanks again for all of your support for the WRF. Wishing you and your families a wonderful holiday week and a very Happy Thanksgiving!
