We are excited to announce that Rufus Davis has accepted the position of U14 head coach for the 2024-25 season. Rufus has already demonstrated his leadership, initiative, and commitment to pushing WMC Racing forward by developing the Killington and Big Snow camps. He has proven excellent communication and organization skills with these camps and has already won over the support of coaches and families of the WMCR. Voytek will continue to support Rufus and be a part of the WMC Racing Leadership group during his recovery from knee surgery.

Rufus is certified as a US Ski and Snowboard level 300 coach. He raced in the USSA Central Division and USCSA in college. Rufus started coaching in 1995  and has coached throughout the US, including Jackson Hole, Brandeis U,  Magic Mountain as Head Coach, and West Mt as the U16/18  coach.
